Master’s Transportation is seeking an Automotive Service Shop Manager to lead our Irving, TX service operation. You will manage technicians, schedule repairs, and maintain quality and customer experience. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and a proven track record in automotive service management.

You will develop the team, control costs, and ensure shop safety and efficiency while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive service shop management.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience supervising technicians and service advisors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the automotive service department.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate repairs/maintenance.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and address concerns.
• Ensure repairs are performed correctly, cost effectively and timely.
• Manage inventory and ordering of parts within budget.
