Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Manager, Shop Manager, Assistant Manager, Service Advisor, or similar leadership role.
• Automotive repair industry experience required.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to educate customers—not pressure them.
• Ability to read repair orders and understand vehicle maintenance recommendations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and point-of-sale experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop service advisors and technicians.
• Drive sales while maintaining an outstanding customer experience.
• Schedule and manage shop workflow for maximum productivity.
• Monitor daily sales, labor, gross profit, and key performance indicators.
• Review repair recommendations for accuracy and value.
• Ensure repairs are completed safely, correctly, and on time.
• Hire, train, and develop team members.
• Maintain inventory and control operating expenses.
• Build relationships with fleet customers and local businesses.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.

• Perform opening and closing manager responsibilities.
