Isringhausen Imports is looking for a friendly, energetic Service Shop Assistant to assist Service Writers and Service Technicians with maintaining a safe and clean flow of vehicles through the service drive and service shop. Successful Service Shop Assistants are ambitious problem-solvers and skilled multi-taskers who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for cleaning and organizing the service shops and the client receiving area. Empty trash and used oil for collection. Assist technicians with test drives and moving of vehicles to different stages of repair and completion.

• Monday - Friday - 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning and organizing the service shops and the client receiving area.
• Empty trash and used oil for collection.
• Assist technicians with test drives and moving of vehicles to different stages of repair and completion.
• Assist service advisors with morning and afternoon pickups and deliveries.
• Fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
• Must be 18 or over with a valid driver’s license.

Requirements

• Previous Dealership or Shop experience is preferred!
• Must be at least 18 years old
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is preferred
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Good work ethic
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
• Must work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
