Audi of Charlotte, part of Hendrick Automotive Group, is hiring a Service Appointment Scheduler/B/DC representative in Matthews, NC. This full-time role involves handling high volumes of service calls, scheduling appointments, and delivering top-notch customer service. Some Saturdays required. Competitive benefits offered.

Paid training and room for advancement are highlighted, with a pay range of $18-$20 per hour. Previous BDC or automotive experience is preferred, CDK experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive BDC experience
• CDK knowledge is highly preferred
• Experience in a high-volume service call center is a plus
• CDK, X-Time, and Carmen scheduling platform experience is a plus
• Must be willing to work some Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm service appointments, ensuring efficient shop flow.
• Handle inbound service calls and assist customers with service-related concerns.
• Proactively follow up with customers regarding appointments and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment schedules.
• Coordinate with service advisors and other departments to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure a professional and welcoming first impression for all service customers.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the service team.
