Boyd’s Tire & Service in Central Ohio is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead daily sales and service operations, promote products, and supervise staff on duty when the store manager is absent. You will deliver excellent customer service, quote repairs, and coordinate work flow to meet customer needs, with compensation consisting of hourly pay plus commission and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior service advisor or automotive sales experience helpful.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and on the phone using standardized techniques.
• Document customer concerns, inspect vehicle, and reference service history to identify needs.
• Recommend services and clearly explain additional recommendations from technicians to customers.
