Job summary

St. Louis Nissan, part of the Ed Napleton Automotive Group, seeks a Service Porter to maintain vehicle appearance, transport units, and assist with deliveries and display standards.

The position offers a path within a large dealer network with 25+ brands and 3,500+ employees nationwide, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a family-owned organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to handle machinery safely.
• Ability to drive a manual & automatic transmission.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to operate an automobile.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Keeping vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by the Service managers and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Transporting customers and dealership personnel, as needed.
• Assisting with customer deliveries.
• Ensuring all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot and showroom.
• Picking up vehicles from storage and deliver vehicles to storage and other dealerships.
• Assisting with weather related clean up when necessary.
• Building and grounds maintenance as needed.
• Other functions and special projects may be assigned.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Service Porter. Located at Napleton's St Louis Nissan, the Porter is responsible for performing a variety of duties as they relate to the upkeep of vehicles: including maintaining the cleanliness and readiness in appearance of vehicles, and transporting vehicles and customers.
