Napleton Nissan in St. Louis is seeking a Service Porter to keep the lot neat, move units as directed, transport customers, and assist with vehicle deliveries. The role supports the service team by ensuring vehicles are clean and ready for display.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Ability to operate an automobile and hand/power tools.
• Willingness to undergo background check.
• 18 years or older to comply with policy.

Responsibilities

• Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly; move units as directed.
• Transport customers and dealership personnel as needed.
• Assist with customer deliveries.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and in good repair on lot/showroom.
• Move vehicles from storage and deliver to storage or other dealerships.
• Assist with weather-related clean up.
• Building and grounds maintenance as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Located at Napleton's St Louis Nissan, the Porter is responsible for performing a variety of duties as they relate to the upkeep of vehicles: including maintaining the cleanliness and readiness in appearance of vehicles, and transporting vehicles and customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Keeping vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by the Service managers and in accordance with dealership display standards
• Transporting customers and dealership personnel, as needed
• Assisting with customer deliveries
• Ensuring all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot and showroom
• Picking up vehicles from storage and deliver vehicles to storage and other dealerships
• Assisting with weather related clean up when necessary
• Building and grounds maintenance as needed
• Other functions and special projects may be assigned

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to handle machinery safely
• Ability to drive a manual & automatic transmission
• Valid state driver's license
• Ability to operate an automobile
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
