Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Porter to maintain the cleanliness and readiness of vehicles and oversee transport of vehicles and customers. This on-site role supports sales and service teams at Napleton Valley Genesis.

Responsibilities include keeping the lot organized, assisting with deliveries, and ensuring vehicles are clean and in good repair. The position offers growth opportunities within a family-owned business with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to handle machinery safely.
• Ability to drive manual & automatic transmission.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to operate an automobile.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• 18+ years old to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Keep the vehicle lot neat and orderly and move units as directed by managers.
• Transport customers and dealership personnel as needed.
• Assist with customer deliveries.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot and showroom.
• Pickup and deliver vehicles to storage and other dealerships.
• Assist with weather-related clean up and building/grounds maintenance.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Located at Napleton Valley Genesis, the Porter is responsible for performing a variety of duties as they relate to the upkeep of vehicles: including maintaining the cleanliness and readiness in appearance of vehicles, and transporting vehicle and customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Keeping vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by the Sales/Service managers and in accordance with dealership display standards
• Transporting customers and dealership personnel, as needed
• Assisting with customer deliveries
• Ensuring all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot and showroom
• Picking up vehicles from storage and deliver vehicles to storage and other dealerships
• Assisting with weather related clean up when necessaryBuilding and grounds maintenance as needed
• Other functions and special projects may be assigned
