BraunAbility in Houston, TX is seeking a hands-on Service Manager to lead our service department, driving performance, improving workflow, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll manage technicians, oversee daily operations, and own service results.

This role requires 3+ years automotive/service experience, 2+ years of supervision, and experience with a DMS. Expect a competitive base salary, Monday–Friday daytime hours, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive/service experience.
• 2+ years leadership experience managing technicians.
• Experience with DMS systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service operations, scheduling, and workflow.
• Manage and develop Service Technicians.
• Drive metrics: service revenue, productivity, turnaround time, customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Sales and Parts to support operations.
• Oversee work orders, billing, and inventory.
