Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive technician experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• ASE certifications (A1-A9) or Ford STST credentials preferred.
• Strong diagnostic abilities and technical proficiency with tablets/handheld tools.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• On-site service: perform routine maintenance and light repairs at customer locations.
• Advanced diagnostics using Ford-specific tools to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues.
• Recall and software support: execute recalls and perform vehicle software updates remotely.
• Customer experience: act as brand ambassador and build trust with customers at every visit.
• Van management: maintain a clean, organized mobile service unit.

What You’ll Do:

• On-Site Service: Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, brake service) and light repairs at customer locations.
• Advanced Diagnostics: Use Ford-specific diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software issues.
• Recall & Software Support: Execute manufacturer recalls and perform critical vehicle software updates remotely.
• Customer Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, explaining services clearly and building trust with every visit.
• Van Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked mobile service unit.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 2+ years of automotive technician experience (Ford or Lincoln experience is a major plus).
• Credentials: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required. ASE certifications (A1-A9) or Ford STST credentials are highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong diagnostic abilities, technical proficiency with tablets/handheld tools, and excellent communication skills.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50-100 lbs
