Big Brand Tire & Service in Yorba Linda is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to lead the service team, explain repairs to customers, and drive sales and service performance.

You will oversee daily operations, coach technicians and advisors, and ensure a high standard of customer care, safety, and efficiency. A strong background in service sales and leadership is required, with open weekend availability.

Formación

• 1–3 years of automotive service management or retail repair leadership.
• Strong service sales background (tires, brakes, maintenance).
• Proven ability to lead a high-volume, fast-paced team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Self-starter with results orientation and growth mindset.
• Open availability, including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the service team: train, coach, motivate techs and advisors.
• Bridge mechanics and customers; explain repairs and close sales.
• Drive store performance by meeting sales and service targets.
• Partner with Store Manager on daily operations and scheduling.
• Keep shop safe, efficient, and compliant with standards.
• Deliver world-class service to build loyalty and trust.
