Midas Carmichael 1756 in Sacramento, CA is seeking an automotive service manager to lead the service department, supervise technicians, and ensure high-quality vehicle repairs.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, build schedules, manage inspections, discuss pricing, and uphold company values. Flexibility to work weekends/evenings is required; experience in a retail automotive environment is preferred.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of store or service manager experience.
• General automotive knowledge.
• Excellent customer service disposition.
• Good communication skills.
• Leadership ability.
• Team building skills.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.
• Follow up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times, etc.
• Oversee complete vehicle inspections and build computerized repair orders with sourced parts.
• Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers and promote shop service specials.
• Lead, manage, and train team while aligning with company vision and values.
• Supervise up to ten employees.
• Oversee technicians’ inspections, diagnosing and repairing of domestic, European and Asian cars and light trucks.
• Maintain inventory counts and keep the facility clean and organized.
