McDonald Mazda North in Longmont, CO is seeking a Service Manager to lead our service team. You will build strong vendor relationships, manage staff, and ensure timely repairs while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 2-3 years experience as service manager.
• Prior experience can be dealer or independent.
• Excellent customer service skills and a forward-thinking, technology driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain effective relationships with equipment and supplies vendors and suppliers, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of both
• Resolve customers’ billing and/or service concerns to appropriate department to resolve and follow through to completion
• Supervising all service staff
• Employee scheduling
• Responsible for new hire training and employee development
• Oversee service drive process and efficiency
• Assist with service write-ups and tagging customer vehicles
• Responsible for staff hitting dealership & manufacturer set goals
