Responsibilities

• Lead and coach service department team to deliver high standards of service.
• Recruitment support with Store Manager on final employment decisions.
• Schedule technicians and service personnel and monitor performance.
• Engage with customers on sales, service opportunities, and adjustments.
• Oversee parts inventory and purchasing, ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Maintain shop area, layout, and equipment for efficiency and safety.
• Enforce wheel torqueing process and ensure proper inspections.
