Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive service management or leadership experience preferred.
• RO Writer experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of automotive repair shop operations.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Experience managing shop performance and key metrics.
• Ability to build trust with both customers and employees.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Fall River location.
• Coach, develop, and motivate Service Advisors and Technicians.
• Create a positive, accountable, team-oriented shop culture.
• Drive sales, profitability, productivity, and overall shop performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators including sales, car count, ARO, labor productivity, and customer experience.
• Ensure customers receive honest, professional, and consistent service.
• Support Service Advisors with repair recommendations, estimates, and customer communication.
• Oversee workflow and help maximize technician productivity.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and participate in hiring and team development.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and help grow repeat and referral business.
• Ensure the shop maintains high standards for safety, cleanliness, organization, and quality.
• Work closely with company leadership to identify opportunities for continued growth.
