You’ll drive performance, manage workflow, and uphold company standards while expanding service sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive shop management experience.
• 1+ year sales experience or strong service sales ability.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience managing technicians and service advisors.
• Ability to manage workflow, productivity, and shop performance.
• Comfortable reviewing financial reports and shop KPIs.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the shop team.

• Sell repair and maintenance services using transparent communication.

• Handle customer concerns and service recovery.
• Ensure shop safety and operational standards.
