GreatWater 360 Auto Care in Carmel, IN is seeking an Automotive Service Manager / Shop Manager (Operating Partner) to lead daily operations, coach the shop team, and deliver high-quality customer service. You’ll drive performance, manage workflow, and uphold company standards while expanding service sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive shop management experience.
• 1+ year sales experience or strong service sales ability.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience managing technicians and service advisors.
• Ability to manage workflow, productivity, and shop performance.
• Comfortable reviewing financial reports and shop KPIs.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

What You'll Do:
