Responsibilities

Perform duties of ASM, Service Manager, and Retail Sales Manager to support store operations.

Schedule front and back shop staff to maintain staffing for all operating hours.
Review sales and performance records and implement strategies to hit financial goals.
Manage inventory including requisitioning and accounting for parts and tires.
Maintain housekeeping and general upkeep; handle tires and other tasks.
Recommend and document personnel actions such as hiring and promotions.
Ensure operations are safe, efficient, and follow company policies.
