Job summary

Precision Tune Auto Care of Mobile is seeking a store manager to greet customers, build relationships, and drive service sales across brake, repair, and maintenance offerings.

You will coordinate technicians’ workflow, oversee daily operations, and identify opportunities to upsell tires and auto services. This full-time role offers competitive pay, commissions, and benefits including health, dental, vision, and paid time off, with no Sunday work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales, operations, or management experience in automotive.
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Automotive repair/diagnostics and maintenance experience.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good computer and phone skills.
• Flexible schedule including Saturdays.
• Background check and valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma; college preferred.
