Job summary

Precision Tune Auto Care Salt Lake City is seeking an experienced store manager to lead daily operations, mentor technicians, and grow a loyal customer base. In this full-time role you will greet customers, drive service recommendations, coordinate workflow, and ensure quality repairs while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years sales/ operations/ management experience (automotive industry preferred)
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Automotive experience in direct repair and diagnostics, general repairs and maintenance
• ASE certification preferred
• Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
• Good computer and phone skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
• Be able to pass background check
• Valid Driver's License
• High School degree, college preferred
