Job summary

Precision Tune Auto Care in Salt Lake City is seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead a service team and drive customer satisfaction. You will greet customers, build relationships, and coordinate technicians to deliver high-quality work.

You will also upsell tires and maintenance services while maintaining standards of safety and excellence in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years sales/operations/management experience (automotive industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Automotive experience in direct repair and diagnostics, general repairs and maintenance.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Ability to multitask in fast paced environment.
• Good computer and phone skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
• Be able to pass background check
• Valid Driver's License
• High School degree, college preferred

Responsibilities

We offer customers a wide range of services, such as brakes, diagnostics, engine repair, air conditioning, suspensions, tires, alignments, electrical, scheduled maintenance, etc.
