Knudtsen Foothills Mazda and Lincoln in Spokane, WA is hiring a Service Manager to lead and grow its fixed operations. This leadership role focuses on developing technicians, maintaining high customer standards and achieving profitability.

You will manage a team across 26 service bays, build career paths Lube to A, recruit talent, and partner with the Shop Foreman and Dispatcher to optimize workflow and service delivery. Strong KPI experience is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Service Manager or similar at a franchised dealer.
• Proven track record developing technicians and retaining them.
• Strong understanding of service department financials and KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Lead the service team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Develop a technician growth path and training schedules.
• Recruit technicians to fill open bays and balance workload.
• Own the service department P&L and drive profitability.
• Maintain CSI and manufacturer standards, handle warranty work.
