Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive Corporation in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Service Manager to lead daily operations, guide guests through the repair process, and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.

You will oversee staff, manage margins, develop estimates and work orders, and ensure quality parts and effective guest communication while upholding honesty and integrity in all interactions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years automotive customer service & service sales experience.
• Supervisory or management experience in the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications.
• TekMetric software experience preferred.
• ASE Service Consultant certification or equivalent experience.
• Current driver’s license; driving record acceptable to insurer.

Responsibilities

• Manage office and shop personnel and daily operations.
• Follow and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Develop estimates and work orders; direct service writers.
• Ensure quality of parts and target margins; open/close stores daily.
• Communicate with guests before, during, and after service; present repair options.
• Sell services with honesty and integrity; represent the organization professionally.
