Zohorecruit is seeking a Service Manager in Sullivan, Tennessee to lead a dealership's fixed operations. You will coach service advisors, technicians, dispatch and support staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting profitability targets.

The ideal leader motivates teams, uses KPIs to improve productivity, and maintains calm under pressure. You'll build a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement, and drive initiatives to raise CSI and customer retention.
