Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the service department to drive performance and profitability.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate service advisors, technicians, and staff.

• Monitor workflow, productivity, repair quality, and department performance.
• Collaborate with Parts and Sales to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead all daily operations of the service department to drive performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate service advisors, technicians, and support staff to achieve their full potential.
• Foster a customer-first culture that delivers exceptional service and creates lasting customer relationships.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, repair quality, and department performance to ensure efficient operations and timely vehicle delivery.
• Work closely with the Parts and Sales teams to create a seamless dealership experience for every customer.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, manufacturer requirements, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Promote a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture focused on continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

Compensation & Benefits

• $85,000 - $135,000+ annually, based on experience and performance
