Automotive Service Manager: $58,000-$85,000 effective rate (Base Pay + Commission + Overtime + Manager Incentive Bonus + Paid Benefits)

• Meet or exceed performance targets by understanding and following company strategies.
• Confidently recommend, sell, advise, and provide exceptional customer service to guests.
• Serve as the liaison between guests and the service team.
• Receive training to become product experts, selling tires, wheels, services, and repairs.
• Adhere to American Tire Depot's sales strategy and core values to create lifelong customers.

• At least 1 year of automotive tire retail and service repair sales experience, plus 1 year in a management role.

• Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in sales, services, and repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift 70 lbs. and perform crouching, turning, and bending tasks.
