Bilingual Automotive Service Manager: $58,000-$85,000 effective rate (Base Pay + Commission + Overtime + Manager Incentive Bonus + Paid Benefits)

• Meet or exceed performance targets by understanding and following company strategies.
• Confidently recommend, sell, advise, and provide exceptional customer service to guests.
• Serve as the liaison between guests and the service team.
• Receive training to become product experts and sell tires, wheels, services, and repairs.
• Adhere to Big Brand Tire and Service sales strategies and core values to foster lifelong customer relationships.

What will make you a great fit for our team?

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
• At least 1 year of automotive tire retail and service repair sales experience, and 1 year in a management role.
• Experience in the automotive industry or a related field.
• Experience working face-to-face with guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence in communicating, advising, recommending, and making sales.
• Detail-oriented with a eagerness to learn and grow with the company.
• Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in sales, services, and repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift 70 lbs. and endure crouching, bending, and turning.
