Overview

We are seeking a remote Client Service Manager to join our small business division, delivering exceptional customer service. You will help clients with issues ranging from simple to moderately complex, building relationships, collaborating with sales, seeking continuous improvement, and demonstrating Gallagher's value.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day accounts, ensuring high-quality service and client retention.
