• Generates revenue, communicates with customers, explains vehicle maintenanceservicesas well as auto repair, develops estimates and quotes, and focuses on customer satisfaction
• Creates work schedules and maintains proper accounting ofServiceTechnicians' productivity

• Generates repeat customers and provides resolutions of customer concerns
