Bobby & Steve’s Auto World is seeking an Automotive Service Manager to oversee daily shop operations, drive profitability, and build lasting guest relationships in a fast-paced environment. You’ll lead a high-performing service team, recruit and train staff, and implement digital inspections to ensure safety and transparency for every guest.

You will play a pivotal role in growing the business by reconnecting with past customers, fleets, and community partners while maintaining top-tier customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an automotive service department.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and follow up effectively.
• Solid business acumen and understanding of service operations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
