Job summary

Coughlin Automotive is seeking an experienced Service Manager for our Circleville Ford location in Circleville. The Service Manager will oversee the Service Department, manage service level agreements with customers and external providers, and assign tasks to technicians based on availability and skills.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a service department in an automotive dealership or similar environment.
• Proven ability to manage service level agreements with customers and external providers.
• Strong organizational and team management skills.

The Service Manager oversees the Service Department and is responsible for managing service level agreements with customers and external service providers. The Service Manager role also includes assigning tasks to technicians throughout each workday based on technicians' availability and skills.
