Big Brand Tire & Service in Scottsdale, AZ seeks an Automotive Assistant Manager to lead service operations and sales, ensuring top-notch customer experiences and efficient shop performance.

You will supervise daily activities, coach advisors and techs, and drive guest satisfaction while managing inventory, scheduling, and compliance. This role offers growth into higher management within a nationwide tire and auto service network.

Formación

• 1–3 years in automotive service management or retail repair leadership.
• Strong background in service sales (tires, brakes, maintenance).
• Proven ability to lead a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Self-starter with results orientation, accountability and growth.
• Open availability, including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Lead from the front: open/close, daily game plan, keep the shop safe and efficient.
• Own the guest experience: greet, advise, build estimates, explain work clearly, close sales with confidence.
• Bridge between techs and customers; translate inspections into trusted recommendations.
• Develop the team: coach advisors and techs, reinforce process, celebrate wins, address gaps.
• Run the business: inventory, ordering, cash handling/POS, scheduling, KPI tracking, compliance (OSHA/EHS).
• Cover the deck when the Store Manager is out; model elite standards on every shift.
