Responsibilities

• Help manage a team of automotive service professionals to ensure a high level of employee morale and customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the service department.
• Manage the flow of service department paperwork, including invoices, repair orders, and maintenance records.
• You must be able to help in the shop with repairs when needs.
