Qualifications

• 1–3 years in automotive service management or retail leadership.
• Strong service sales background (tires, brakes, maintenance, or mechanical).
• Proven ability to lead a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Self-starter with focus on results, accountability and growth.
• Open availability, including weekends, to support peak times.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front: open/close, set daily game plan, keep shop safe and efficient.
• Own the guest experience: greet, advise, build estimates, explain work, close sales.
• Bridge between techs and customers; translate inspections into recommendations.
• Develop the team: coach advisors/techs, reinforce process, celebrate wins, address gaps.
• Run the business: inventory, cash handling, POS, scheduling, KPI tracking, OSHA/EHS compliance.
• Cover the deck when Store Manager is out; model elite standards on every shift.
