Qualifications

• 2+ years store or service management in automotive or high-volume retail with service & P&L ownership
• Proven sales leadership with targets, pipeline, and close rates
• People leadership with recruiting, coaching, and retention

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop a winning team: recruit, hire, schedule, coach, and performance-manage
• Drive guest experience: five-star service, assist with estimates and approvals
• Drive sales with playbooks, pricing, and clear recommendations
• Run the P&L: payroll discipline, inventory accuracy, shrink control, budgets
• Ensure OSHA/EHS compliance, cleanliness, and vendor coordination
• Operate with cash/POS controls, reporting, audits, and policy adherence
