Big Brand Tire & Service in Camarillo, CA is hiring an Automotive Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced shop and elevate the guest experience. You will coach advisors and technicians, manage daily operations, and ensure safe, efficient service delivery.

The role requires 1–3 years in automotive service management, a proven sales mindset, and strong communication skills. Weekend availability and a valid driver's license are expected. Career growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in automotive service management or retail repair leadership.
• Strong background in service sales (tires, brakes, maintenance).
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume shop.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift 70 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Lead from the front: open/close, set daily plan, keep shop safe and efficient.
• Own the guest experience: greet, advise, build estimates, explain work, close sales.
• Bridge between techs and customers; translate inspections into recommendations.
• Develop the team: coach advisors and techs, reinforce processes, celebrate wins.
• Run the business: inventory, orders, POS handling, scheduling, KPI tracking, OSHA/EHS compliance.
• Step in for Store Manager as needed; model elite standards on every shift.
