The role requires 1–3 years in automotive service leadership, a strong service-sales background, and a willingness to work weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in automotive service management or retail repair leadership.
• Strong background in selling services (tires, brakes, maintenance, or mechanical).
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service team—train, coach, and motivate technicians and advisors to perform at their best.
• Bridge between mechanics and customers: explain repairs, recommend services, close sales with confidence.
• Drive store performance by meeting and exceeding sales and service targets.
• Partner with Store Manager on daily operations, scheduling, and compliance.
• Keep the shop efficient, safe, and aligned with company standards.
• Ensure every customer receives world-class service that builds loyalty.
