• Minimum one previous role based in strong customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with scheduling services when they come in to the dealership.
• Assist with taking overflow inbound phone calls.
• Assist service advisors with guests and by supporting the service drive.
• Must multitask on numerous scheduling systems and forums.
