Job summary

Minot Automotive Company is seeking an energetic, outgoing guest service assistant to join our high-volume service department. You will help guests schedule service, answer phones, and support service advisors.

The role is Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays. We look for strong customer service experience, teamwork, and the ability to multitask across scheduling systems; pre-employment background check and drug screen required.

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience.
• Team player attitude.
• Must be able to follow direction and stay on task.
• Enthusiastic personality.
• Must have strong computer skills and be able to work on multiple programs simultaneously.
• Professional appearance.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
• Position is Monday - Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with scheduling services when they come in to the dealership.
• Assist with taking inbound phone calls and directing guests to service advisors.
• Must be able to multitask on several scheduling systems and forums.
• Participate in team and process development sessions.
• Be organized and proactive in supporting the service department.
• Assist service advisors with guests.
