Responsibilities

• Contact existing and prospective customers to schedule service appointments and promote service specials.
• Follow up on service recommendations and recalls to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and service appointments in the dealership’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to provide timely updates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase service department sales and customer loyalty.
