Sign-on Bonus Based On Experience

• Ford Senior Master Technician — $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
• A-Level Technician — $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
• B-Level Technician — $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
• C-Level Technician — $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Sign-on bonus eligibility and payout schedule are based on experience, certifications, and continued employment.
