Glockner Chevrolet Co. is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers needing service. You will guide them through the maintenance and repair process to keep their car drivable and safe.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, with strong work ethic and a passion for helping people with automotive needs. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, documenting issues, consulting with mechanics on repairs, answering service outcome questions, and coordinating service

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask in a busy shop environment.
• Ability to diagnose car problems and explain solutions to customers.
• Good time-management to meet appointment schedules.

Responsabilités
