Job summary

ONYX Automotive in Omaha, NE is seeking a Service Support Agent to assist the Service Team at our ONYX Automotive location. You will greet guests, coordinate the Service Drive, and ensure a smooth arrival experience for customers.

Responsibilities include preparing the drive, managing the loaner fleet, and performing vehicle checks. This role offers daily schedule Monday through Friday 7am–4pm, with rotating Saturdays. Training provided in a supportive environment.

• Operate a motor vehicle cautiously and safely.

• Perform bending, pushing, climbing, and other manual maneuvers.
• Ability to operate various vehicle types including automatic and manual.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Service Drive for Guest arrivals by moving vehicles.
• Assist in maintaining the Loaner Rental Fleet, including cleaning and staging.
• Greet Service Guests and locate appointment information.
• Perform a groove glove inspection of every vehicle checked in.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. Rotating Saturdays (if working Saturday, you will get Thursday off).
