ONYX Automotive is seeking a Service Support Agent / Valet to welcome guests and support the Service Team at our Omaha, NE location. You will greet guests, assist with the service drive, and help manage loaner vehicles while ensuring a high level of customer service.

Schedule includes Monday–Friday 7am–4pm or 9am–6pm with one weekday off; Saturdays 8am–1pm. Pay is $17/hour, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the company.

Job Overview – How You’ll Contribute:

Do you enjoy driving? Do you love cars? Get PAID to DRIVE! We are looking for a Valet where you will work as Service Support Agent to assist our Service Team at our ONYX Automotive location! In this role you will be providing top-notch Customer Service by greeting all Guests who enter the Service Drive. (Pay $17/hour)

• Prepare the Service Drive for Guest arrival each day – moving or coordinating the moving of any vehicles left in the Service Drive from the previous day’s business.
• Assist in maintaining the Loaner Rental Fleet as assigned, to include but not limited to cleaning vehicles, applying/removing decals, moving and staging vehicles.
• Greet Service Guests arriving at the Dealership. Locate Guest’s name on the Appointment Log and locate the Appointment Packet associated with that specific Guest.
• Perform a groove glove inspection of every vehicle that gets checked in.
• Pay $17/hour.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm and/or 9am-6pm with one week day off. Saturdays 8am-1pm.

• Ability to confidently operate automatic, electric, hybrid, and manual vehicles, is preferred.
