The H+H Group is seeking a Service Support Agent (Valet) to assist the Service Team at ONYX Automotive. You will welcome guests, manage the service drive, and support vehicle movement with a strong emphasis on safety and exceptional customer service.

This position pays $17/hour and offers schedule options including weekday shifts and Saturdays. The role promotes teamwork, on‑the‑job training, and a culture dedicated to best‑in‑class guest experiences at our Omaha‑area location.

Formación

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests entering the service drive.
• Move vehicles safely and coordinate drive area as needed.
• Assist in maintaining loaner fleet including cleaning and staging vehicles.
• Operate a variety of vehicles (auto, electric, hybrid, manual) safely.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare the Service Drive for guest arrival each day.
• Assist in maintaining the Loaner Rental Fleet, including cleaning and decals.
• Greet Service Guests and locate their appointment packet.
• Perform a glove-inspection on vehicles checked in.
