Responsabilidades

• Assists customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional manner.
• Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials.
• Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and information.
• Reviews body shop estimates to ensure correct parts and pricing.
• Oversees pulling and filling orders from stock.
• Locates out-of-stock parts from outside sources and orders when needed.
• Notifies stakeholders when special ordered parts arrive.
• Follows up on back-ordered parts and replenishes inventory daily.
• Ensures internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orders.
