The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of automotive service management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. The role offers a premier facility, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive service managerial experience (min. 3 years) is required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Ability to manage a department within dealership guidelines.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Forecasts goals and objectives for the service department and works to meet them.
• Hires, trains, motivates and monitors the performance of service team members.
• Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the service department.
• Maintains reporting systems required by management and the factory.
• Attends managers meetings and provides technical guidance as needed.
• Ensures customer complaints are resolved fairly and promptly.
• Ensures shop equipment is maintained and service staff follow safety policies.
