Job summary

You will ensure courseware meets standards and is accurately managed and distributed to field personnel and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Develop an annual curriculum outlining service training requirements.
• Publish courseware to Training Center tablets and FTP sites.
• Maintain lists of field instructors, SMEs, and managers.
• Identify LMS enhancements and request system improvements.
