Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years automotive diagnostic experience.
• AA degree from a two-year college or technical school is preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle products and warranties; strong communication and math skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team; English reading/writing proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Promotes service sales and communicates maintenance needs to guests.
• Manages the vehicle service repair process from arrival to return.
• Provides diagnostic recommendations and prepares service menu and estimates.
• Writes complete and accurate repair orders with pricing.
• Maintains communication with guests, Parts, and technicians; ensures timely completion.
