The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, automotive knowledge, and a proven track record in achieving sales goals while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in automotive repair, tire, or retail service.
• Strong automotive knowledge, including tires and maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily shop operations to ensure efficient workflow and quality workmanship.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of technicians and service professionals.
• Drive sales growth while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs, labor management, and store profitability.
• Manage budgets, expenses, billing, invoicing, and cash flow.
• Foster a customer-first culture and strong community relationships.
